Online Orders
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.
All orders will be processed within two days and shipped within five maximum. There are only a few of us and we have to sleep too, but we will try our hardest to ship your order as fast as we can. Once your order has been processed you will receive a second email confirming shipping details.
Payment
For online payments we accept Credit cards and Paypal.
Pay Pal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). THIS MEANS ITS SAFE.
All personal info, address, email, credit card and banking details must be filled out correctly to ensure we can send your purchase expediently and correctly.
Availability
Prices of goods and delivery and other charges displayed on The Changer site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Returns & Exchanges
If the goods are brand new with the original packaging, then you may send this back for a refund. Email us at hello@thechanger.co.nz within 7 days to let us know. Send the item (with track and trace) to: The Changer Ltd at 91 Gibbston Back Road. RD1 Queenstown, New Zealand.
Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days (national orders) and 10 days (international orders ) of delivery. Shipping and handling is non refundable and returns are the customers responsibility until they reach The Changer Ltd.
The Changer offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Should you choose to return your full priced order for a refund, The Changer will retain any original shipment costs incurred.
We do not issue refunds for change of mind, refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty
Warranties
If an item you purchased from us is faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will try our hardest to replace it. If in the case we have no more stock of the item or we can't repair the fault we will award a store credit. We will not replace items that have been damaged.
All products must be returned with receipt or proof or purchase. Please send back items with a track and trace number.
We only have estimates for scheduled delivery, sometimes this may vary. We will endeavour to keep in touch with you regarding delayed deliveries.
Privacy Statement
We will use your information in the strictest confidence and will not give your info to any company. The info you provide will help us create an easy going experience. We will keep your info private and we do not for any reason record credit card information. We adhere to the requirements of the NEW ZEALAND Privacy Act 1993.
